A fitness professional for over 17 years, Amy Bento is finally reaching out to offer the home exerciser a boost of her “NRG.” Amy’s dynamic style, intensity, and fun attitude - coupled with her original choreography - are known by many. Amy’s teaching career began in New Jersey at a small gym where her popularity increased; she eventually evolved into an extremely multi-talented instructor. At that point, Amy expanded her skills and began teaching a variety of classes that obtained her quite a following. She continued to branch out and presented for the Workout for Hope in 1991 in Fairfield County and was a competitor in the 1992 Step Challenge. Due to her perseverance, Amy quickly became known as “the instructor’s instructor,” gaining the recognition of her peers and placing her talent in high demand.
Amy Bento`s workouts are a breath of fresh air and the enthusiasm she pours into her DVDs will give you a wonderful burst of "NRG". Most of Amy`s DVDs feature several premixes.
